Frequently Asked Questions

We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 8 hours of the class start time, you’ll forfeit your payment and the session. If you are on an unlimited membership it is a $15 for late cancellation and $20 for no-show fees. Studio members get up to 1 complimentary late fee waived for emergencies in a 30 day period. If you are using a class pack, you will lose 1 class credit for either a no-show or class cancellation. Emergencies happen in the case of an emergency please email us at info@thepilatesgarden.net

Cancel anytime before the 8-hour window, and your session credit will be automatically returned to your account. You can use it to book another class. This applies to single classes, class packs, and recurring memberships. (Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered.) <3

Missed classes are treated the same as a late cancellation — your class credit will be forfeited for class packs, and for memberships you will incur a $20 missed class charge <3 In the case of an emergency please email us

If you are new to class please come at least 5-10 minutes before class time. Please come to class on time, if you come late to class there is a chance you will be unable to join to ensure that you dont step over students to grab equipment and have enough time to set up for class
