We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 8 hours of the class start time, you’ll forfeit your payment and the session.
If you are on an unlimited membership it is a $15 for late cancellation and $20 for no-show fees. Studio members get up to 1 complimentary late fee waived for emergencies in a 30 day period.
If you are using a class pack, you will lose 1 class credit for either a no-show or class cancellation. Emergencies happen in the case of an emergency please email us at info@thepilatesgarden.net
